Our "Premium Lamb" shipped directly from Chitose, Hokkaido features a clean, mild flavor with none of the gaminess you might expect. Experience Genghis Khan that redefines what lamb can taste like.

The "phantom cut" — only a small portion from each young lamb — top-grade lamb shoulder loin. Rich red meat umami and meltingly sweet fat. Surprisingly tender, this is the pinnacle of our menu.
